I am WU Qi (LAST-First, 吴琪), a third-year PhD student in Linguistics at the University of Connecticut, supervised by Željko Boškovič. I go by Qi or Dominique.

My research looks at Syntax, Semantics, Morphology, and the way they interact, aiming at a better understanding of the human language faculty through the lens of language structures and meaning.

Before UConn, I had my BA in English Literature and MA in Linguistics at Peking University.

Pronunciation of my name: [u tɕʰi] ‘woo-chi’ (both in rising tone).
Pronoun: she/her/hers
